Published Date: 3/20/2026
Ingredients
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets, skin on
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Season generously with salt and black pepper on all sides, then place them skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, and grated ginger until smooth.
- Spoon the honey mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet, making sure the flesh is well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Optional: broil for the last 1 to 2 minutes for caramelized edges.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
