Homemade Chinese Chicken Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons neutral oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and a medium mixing bowl or mason jar.
- Combine the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, neutral oil, honey, ginger, garlic, sriracha, salt, and pepper in the bowl or jar.
- Whisk or shake vigorously until the honey is fully dissolved and the oils emulsify with the vinegar and soy sauce.
- Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning if necessary, adding more salt, honey, or sriracha to suit your preference.
- Let the dressing rest for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
