Chicken Stir-Fry with Noodles

Ingredients
- 8 oz dried egg noodles
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Boil the noodles according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar to make the stir-fry sauce.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add the garlic and ginger to the wok, stirring constantly for about one minute until fragrant.
- Toss in the broccoli florets, red bell pepper, and shredded carrots. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked noodles and the stir-fry sauce to the wok. Toss everything together until well coated and heated through.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
